Refund Window

Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of the initial payment if the service was not used heavily or abused.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available for completed billing periods, excessive usage, custom setup work, agency services, or violations of our terms.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation through support. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the active billing period.

Manual Payments

For manual payments, refunds are reviewed case by case based on service usage and payment method.
